RVG-SHOP

1. Any concerns or disputes involving Raven Guard policies, members, or allied organizations should be addressed privately through the chain of command. Public arguments or confrontations are strictly forbidden, as they damage the reputation of the Guard.

2. There is zero tolerance for bullying, harassment, racism, sexism, or any other form of discrimination within the organization.

3.Always respect the chain of command during operations to ensure a smooth experience.

4. Raven Guard maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward piracy.
For the purposes of this section, piracy is defined as any individual, group, or organization that meets one or more of the following conditions, unless otherwise authorized:

a. Unlawful Actions | Engaging in unsolicited acts of aggression, intimidation, theft, coercion, or extortion against individuals, property, or other assets without legitimate justification.

b. Affiliation with Piracy | Identifying as, supporting, or assisting any person or organization that participates in or promotes piracy gameplay.

5. Members represent Raven Guard at all times, both in and out of game. Professionalism, respect, and courtesy are expected on all platforms associated with the company including Spectrum, Discord, and in-game communication channels.

6. Be welcoming to new recruits. If they are new to Star Citizen, offer guidance and help them get familiar with the game and our operations.

7. Use of Force: Raven Guard only deploy armed force in defense of its own assets, to assist another party that has legitimately requested our aid or "expansion projects".

8. Engagement Protocol: Do not initiate hostilities or provoke aggression toward others, even if they are marked as enemies by the game, unless the target carries a lawful bounty.

9. Raven Guard does not act as an enforcer of UEE law or any other external authority.

10. Use common sense: If an action feels questionable or appears to go against the spirit of our rules, refrain from it and consult your superior officer for clarification.

Raven Guard’s regulations are designed to provide structure, clarity, and fairness, yet they are not absolute. Situations may arise that fall within grey zones not explicitly covered by this code. In such cases, members are expected to act with integrity and sound judgment, rather than relying solely on literal interpretation.

The rules of Raven Guard are flexible when applied in good faith, allowing command to assess each situation based on context and intent.
However, any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or twist these rules for personal advantage or to justify misconduct will not be tolerated.
Such behavior undermines trust and discipline within the company and will be dealt with swiftly
